judge mini wires, my thanks to the exhibitors for their entries and lovely to
see several younger handlers taking an interest in the variety.
Veteran dog
1st CH Bimini Starstruck – 8 1/2 year old brindle boy of excellent overall type, shape and balance, correct bite, masculine head, dark oval eye, good reach of neck into well laid shoulder and ok upper arm, level topline and moved well using his strong rear with good tail set.
Minor Puppy Dog 1st Carlita Rockstar – 8 months old dark brindle puppy of good type, masculine head with correct bite, dark almond eye giving a lovely expression, good reach of neck into well laid shoulder & ok upper arm, level topline both stacked and kept on the move, very much a baby today but everything in the right place. 2nd Arbennik Bertie Delightful At Janacop – 8 months masculine head with correct bite and lovely oval eye, good reach neck into well laid shoulder, not as good upper arm as 1st , level topline stood and kept on the move, moved out well.
Puppy Dog 1st Molloney Woody Or Wont He At Ertekes NAF – 11 month old masculine dark brindle boy, lovely strong teeth & correct bite, masculine head, good reach of neck into well laid shoulder with good return of upper arm, good keel, level topline kept while stood and on the move, strong rear used to advantage, strong houndy dog. 2nd Arbennik Bertie Delightful At Janacop – second previous class
Junior Dog 1st Dereheath Shaken Not Stirred At Birchino – 14 month old dog, correct bite with nice strong teeth, masculine balanced head, good reach neck into well laid shoulders and upper arm ok, enough keel, well sprung back ribs reaching back with short loin, level topline, strong enough rear used to advantage.
Yearling Dog 1st Bingobongo Mr Bond – 19 month old Red dog with lovely outline, correct bite, dark eye, ok head, good reach of neck into well laid shoulder & return of upper arm ok, would prefer tighter elbows, well ribbed back, good rear used to advantage. 2nd Martinks Once Bitten – 2 year old masculine male, correct bite, well laid shoulder and ok upper arm , strong boy & plenty of him, level topline, moved out well and in good condition.
Post Graduate Dog 1st Carcorn Fabulous Frank – 2 year old brindle, masculine dog, dark eye, correct bite with strong teeth, strong good reach of neck into ok lay of shoulder, good spring rib, level topline stood and on the move, moved well. 2nd Emem Django – 23 month old masculine dog again, dark eye, correct bite, good reach of neck into well laid shoulder and return of upper arm, touch higher off ground than 1st and moved out well.
Limit Dog 1st Bothlyn Back In Black Bassodon TAF –15 month old black & tan dark dog? (check) lovely outline with harsh coat, correct bite, dark oval eye giving a really lovely expresion, good reach of neck into well laid shoulder and return of upper arm, level topline, strong rear used to advantage. 2nd Birichino Barley Of Robinswood – 2 ½ year old brindle dog, correct bite, dark eye, good reach of neck into well laid shoulder & ok upper arm, level stood, longer in cast than 1st, moved out well.
Open Dog 1st Drakesleat Gud To Go – 2 year old masculine male with balanced head, strong nose, correct bite with good sized teeth, dark oval eye, good reach neck into well laid shoulder and return of upper arm, well sprung ribs going well back to give a nice short loin and a balanced body, good topline kept stood and on the move, strong muscular rear used to advantage on the move. CC 2nd Emem Solar Power JW – brindle, male with a lovely outline, correct bite, dark hazel eye, good shoulder & upper arm, level topline, harsh coat, touch longer in cast than 1st.
Veteran Bitch 1st Helydon Jinglebells – 7 ½ year old feminine bitch, good foreface, dark oval eye, correct bite, good reach of neck into well laid shoulder & upper arm, well ribbed back, balanced, short loin, happy outgoing bitch and handled well. 2nd Compania Pandora –10 year old in great condition, dark eye, correct bite, good reach of neck, upper arm not as good as first, good keel, well ribbed though not as strong behind as 1st.
Minor Puppy Bitch 1st Granhoward Patience – 7 month old dark brindle bitch, lovely dark almond eye, correct bite, lovely balanced head, good reach neck into well laid shoulder and upper arm, good keel, level topline, good underline, moved out well. Best puppy bitch.
Puppy Bitch 1st Granhoward Priscilla – 7 month old brindle bitch, litter sister to minor puppy bitch, correct bite, balanced head, excellent coat, well laid shoulder & upper arm, good keel, level topline, good underline, strong rear used to advantage, lovely litter with her and her sister in it. 2nd Dajean Kantars Kaylie – 11 month old, lovely feminine head, dark eye, good reach neck & shoulder placement, not as good upper arm as 1st, well ribbed back, level, moved out well, strong rear.
Junior Bitch 1st Bimini To The Moon And Back –15 month old bitch, correct bite, dark oval eye, brindle, good reach neck into well laid shoulder, good return of upper arm, well ribbed back, level topline, moved out well from behind, good undeline too. 2nd Blackvein Rambler At Janacop – 17 month old bitch, dark eye, correct bite, good reach of neck into well laid shoulder & return of upper arm, good keel, level topline, not as good behind as 1st.
Yearling Bitch 1st Alncroft Ida Zire – 17 month old dark brindle bitch, lovely head with dark oval eye, correct bite, good width to muzzle, clean neck, well laid shoulder & return of upper arm, good keel, lovely underline, excellent topline, strong rear, smart balanced bitch. Lovely to see a Junior breeding and handling their own dogs. RCC
Post Graduate Bitch 1st Martinks Drives You Dotty – 7 year old mature brindle bitch, correct bite, ok reach of neck with ok shoulder & upper arm, level topline, well sprung & ribbed back, ok rear, moved well. 2nd Helydon Quickstep Quenni – 2 year old, dark eye, correct bite, ok shoulder & upper arm, well filled keel, ok topline, moved out well.
Limit Bitch 1st Drakesleat Gud As Gold – 2 year old beautiful feminine brindle bitch, text book head, dark almond eye, correct bite, good reach of neck into well laid shoulder & equal return of upper arm, good keel, trimmed to perfection, well sprung ribs going back, short loin, level topline stood and moving, moved out well from strong muscular rear. CC & BOB, pleased to watch this super bitch go Best in show. 2nd Mulivess Fleur Delacour – 3 year old bitch with darkest of eye, correct bite, good reach neck into well laid shoulder, ok upper arm, level topline, well sprung ribs, moved out well.
